Mitch Talbot took his 13th loss of the season and the Indians allowed two KC homers in this first round of the final series of the year between two teams who have been neck-and-neck now for two full seasons. The Royals lead the Indians by a game and-a-half in the "battle" for fourth place in the Central Division.
