Philadelphia came in at No. 1, and to be honest, a lot of that is its own fault. They’ve had success recently. The Eagles made the playoffs this year and the Phillies were in the freaking World Series. Maybe their expectations are just too high.

Here is the top 10:

1. Philadelphia
2. Atlanta
3. Cincinnati
4. Houston
5. San Diego
6. Detroit
