The hits just keep coming for the Ohio State football team.
↵As if losing wasn’t enough, the Buckeyes have been connected to more off field issues, and head coach Luke Fickell announced on Tuesday that wide receiver Verlon Reed—the team’s second leading receiver—would miss the rest of the season due to a knee injury.
↵Reed had nine receptions for 132 yards on the season, and is a freshman who should be able to turn his career around starting in 2012.
