Week 9 NFL Power Rankings: Browns Hold Pat At No. 23

The Cleveland Browns rank No. 23 in SB Nation's latest power rankings. They didn't move an inch from last week, coming off their loss to the 49ers.

It's Tuesday, and that means power rankings are out. The Cleveland Browns are coming off a tough 20-10 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The Browns offense has struggled to put points on the board, scoring late in the game on a 45-yard catch and run by receiver Joshua Cribbs. Here's where the Browns stand in the SB Nation NFL Power Rankings:

23. Cleveland Browns (3-4, LW: 23): I thought this offense was supposed to be better? 21st in passing yards and 29th in rushing yards.

Part of the Browns problem rushing the football has been due to injuries to Peyton Hillis and now Montario Hardesty. They've also dealt with injuries at the receiver position and Colt McCoy is completing under 60% of his passes on the season, despite averaging about 35 pass attempts per game. The Browns defense has been improved however, they just need to score some points.

The NFL.com Power Rankings saw the Browns move from No. 24 down to No. 25 after their loss.

CBSSports.com's Pete Prisco released his NFL Power Rankings, dropping the Browns from No. 23 to No. 24.

They just can't get any big plays down the field. The offense is limited, and it might be because of Colt McCoy.
