The Indiana Hoosiers lost arguably their best player when they dismissed wide receiver Damarlo Belcher from the team for violating team rules.
↵The rule which Belcher violated was not elaborated upon, so for now that part remains a mystery. However, this isn’t really a big loss for the Hoosiers, as Belcher was having a fairly pedestrian season with 25 receptions for 286 yards and a touchdown.
↵He led the team in those categories despite a knee injury and suspension, and he has played his last down for the Hoosiers.
↵With this development and a soft senior season, it will be tough for Belcher to find his way on to an NFL roster in the future.
