According to the Columbus Dispatch, Ohio State running back Jamaal Berry has been charged with assault and disorderly conduct after an incident in downtown Columbus last month.
↵Ohio State Athletic Director Gene Smith said that if Berry were charged, he would be suspended from the team indefinitely, and while Berry suited up for the team’s victory against Wisconsin, don’t expect to see him on the sidelines for the next couple of weeks, if not possibly until next season.
↵Berry has a court date set for December 1st at 9 AM, and faces up to six months in jail and $1,250 worth of fines.
