After last night’s startling Cavaliers' win over Miami, the question occurred to me today — what is your most satisfying “payback” triumph in your favorite Cleveland sport?
↵Was it the Indians’ first triumph over Albert Belle’s Baltimore Orioles after Belle left town acrimoniously? Or was it the general failure of the Orioles to contend after Belle joined them?
↵Was it euphoria over the Ravens’ failure in their first few seasons in Baltimore after leaving Cleveland, and/or the “new” Browns’ first victory over the “old” Browns?
↵Was it the Cavs’ win last night?
↵I have to say that the win at the Q was the most surprising, the most unexpected. And perhaps, for me, it is the most satisfying, but I have to say, the Browns’ first win over the Ravens has to rank right up there, although it was the triumph over Art Modell that mattered, as much as it was the Cavaliers’ win over LeBron James, and just incidentally happened to involve the Heat.
