IN PROGRESS: Cosmetically A Little Better; Tribe Posts A 4-Spot, Still Trails 14-4 After Six

Well.

The Indians found a way to score against Mark Buehrle. That’s something, right?

Cleveland posted four runs in the bottom of the sixth against the White Sox’ ace to draw within a touchdown and a field goal of tying the game.

Too bad this is the wrong sport.

The Tribe “singled” Buehrle to death in the inning with six one-base hits, and got an RBI from Carlos Santana and from Travis Hafner, as well as Orlando Cabrera’s first two RBI as an Indian, to at least make the score look a little better.

And though it is surely too little/too late…you have to start somewhere when it comes to gaining some confidence.
