Cavaliers Take Hot Shooting To Washington

This season the Cavaliers have been the second worst team in the NBA in perhaps the most important category: Shooting percentage. Lately, they have shot their best two team percentages in the past three game span. They shot a season paramount 55.6% against the Miami Heat in their 102-90 win, and 52.2% their 98-97 loss to the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday.

The Cavs also caught another break in that the Wizards will be without prolific scorers Nick Young and rookie phenom John Wall. Young is out with a left knee injury, and Wall is serving a one game suspension. Wall got into a heated confrontation with Miami center Zydrunas Ilgauskas

The effective jump shooting has been in large part to the Cavs bench, which has scored 70 points in the past two games. Starter J.J. Hickson has tallied up 41 points and pulled down 19 rebounds in that two game stretch.
