A Legend Passes: Rest In Peace, Harmon Killebrew

One of the stars of baseball when I was a kid has passed away. I remember sitting in the old stadium and watching Harmon Killebrew when he came to town with the Minnesota Twins, and man, could he hit.

Killebrew has passed away after a battle with esophageal cancer. And while he will be remembered for his 573 home runs, he will be remembered more for his simple goodness and decency...for his class.

Rest in peace, Harmon. And though you were always in the "bad guys' dugout", you were never one of the bad guys.
