So let’s see if we can get this straight. The Indians won one of three in Anaheim and went 3-3 on the road trip to the West Coast, and even though the game yesterday was so winnable, we should feel good about navigating the pitching we had to face out west.
↵The oddity of the series with the Angels was that the one game the Indians won was the one game you saw as the throwaway game: the match-up between Jered Weaver and rookie Alex White.
↵Be that as it may, and even after the bitter loss yesterday…mission accomplished. And the good news is, unless we see them in the playoffs, we won’t have to go to Anaheim anymore in 2011.
↵But if we do happen to see Los Angeles in the playoffs…let’s hope home plate can be softened up somehow before then.
