We get frustrated when any of our teams lose, and we feel so much better when they win.
↵Those of us who are fans of Cleveland sports have had our share of disappointments, but we have our teams, even if one of them is rather a reincarnation of an original team.
↵What is this musing about? It came to pass when it was announced that the Atlanta Thrashers of the NHL will be relocated to Winnipeg next season.
↵The Thrashers are the second NHL team that Atlanta has lost. And of course Cleveland was given a two-year experiment in the NHL back in the 70s before low attendance and a merging of the Barons with the Minnesota North Stars ended that experiment.
↵The point is: Love your teams when they win, love them when they lose, love them when they frustrate and love them when they elate. Because in the business that is professional sports, nothing is ever certain (right, Browns fans?).
↵Love ‘em while you’ve got ’em. There is always a Winnipeg more than happy to take them off of your hands, should you give up on them.
