The Cleveland Browns Wednesday hired former tight end Aaron Shea to the position of Director of Player Development. Shea will replace Jerry Butler who was removed after 12 seasons on the job.
↵The Michigan grads prime responsibilities will be to help players transition to life in the NFL and also how to deal with life after football.
↵Shea played six season for the Browns after he was drafted in the fourth round out of the University of Michigan in 2000.
