The last time Fausto Carmona faced Mark Buehrle of the White Sox was on Opening Day, when Carmona was rocked for 10 runs in three innings. These two pitchers will square off tonight in Chicago.

↵If ever the Indians could use Carmona to pitch a shut-down game, it is after last night’s game, which had questionable umpiring, some shoddy defense, and turned out to be one of the most frustrating games of 2011.
↵When the season began, Carmona was considered to be the ace of the Tribe’s staff. It has not played out that way over the course of the season, but the season still has six weeks left to go.
