U.S. Open Tennis 2011: The First Notable Elimination Has Already Taken Place

As Day 2 of the 2011 U.S. Open tennis championship dawns, Women's Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova has already been knocked out of the tournament after losing in Monday's opening matches to Alexandra Dulgheru.
