Cleveland Browns Thursday Injury Update: Youngsters Getting Rough Introduction to NFL

Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram and the Medina Gazette is reporting that some of the Browns’ more “green” players have been injured on Thursday:

Browns coach Pat Shurmur said WR Jordan Norwood has hip flexor, OL Jason Pinkston bothered by shoulder and TE Jordan Cameron hamstring.

None of the injuries reported seem serious, as the rookies are probably just getting a rough introduction to the rigors of the NFL.

Petrak also reported that the Browns’ free agents were indeed able to practice today thanks to the coaches moving practice to later in the afternoon, and that second year cornerback Joe Haden was lighting up practice, batting balls down left and right.

Keep checking back to SB Nation for more Browns training camp updates.
