Cleveland Browns Training Camp 2011: Family Day Puts Cleveland Browns Passing Game On Display

The Cleveland Browns need playmakers on offense.  Greg Little, a 6-2, 220 lb rookie wide receiver from North Carolina might just fit the bill.  On a day when Browns fans got a first hand look at the team during family day at Cleveland Browns stadium, Little showed the leaping ability that made him a star for the Tar Heels.

Little caught two touchdown passes - one from Colt McCoy and another from Seneca Wallace - during the team's intra-squad scrimmage.  The second touchdown was celebrated with a behind-the-head slam dunk over the goalpost.  What is the dunk called?  "Boomshakalaka", of course.

"Just having fun," Little said. "It is a practice, but fans come out and they want to see some exciting plays. I definitely wanted to go out and better myself from Thursday's practice, definitely progress from that."

The defense made some plays of it's own during the 2-hour practice.  James Dockery intercepted McCoy, as did Mike Adams.

Overall it was an up-and-down day for McCoy who knows it will take some time to gel with his teammates.

"Right now, our timing's just a little off," McCoy said. "The depths of our routes, my footwork in the pocket, they're just not timing up like I want them to at this point. But we're night and day compared to where we started. You've got to look at that and be pleased by that."

The crowd was announced at 11,965.
