Jim Tressel, the famous and then infamous former Ohio State Buckeyes college football coach, is interested in returning to the university system, in a college administrator role, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, who tweeted the news on Sunday morning.
Tressel, who resigned from Ohio State amid much controversy after players received improper benefits during his tenure, most recently served as a gameday consultant for the Indianapolis Colts during the 2011/12 season.
While the report is vague in terms of where Tressel might land, a return to Ohio State, even in a reduced capacity, would make for an interesting development.
