Akron Vs. Central Michigan 2012: TV schedule, game time, spread and more

Central Michigan is favored by a touchdown versus Akron.

The Akron Zips will try to end a five-game losing streak when they travel to play Central Michigan this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET. Central Michigan opened as 6-point favorite, but the line has since grown to 7-points.

Akron has lost five in a row and and seven of their last eight to open the season. They are currently tied with Massachusetts for last place in the Mid-American East division with an 0-4 record. The Zips are 1-7 overall.

Central Michigan has lost four games in a row after a 32-31 upset win over Iowa on the road on Sept. 22. The Chippewas are 2-5 on the season overall and 0-3 in conference play.

Central Michigan is tied with Eastern Michigan for last place in the Mid-American West division standings at 0-3.

The Mid-American Conference has four undefeated teams in conference play as Kent State, Northern Illinois and Toledo are 4-0 while Ohio is 3-0. Ohio is undefeated overall at 7-0.
