The Bowling Green Falcons and Kent State Golden Flashes meet at Doyt Perry Stadium in Bowling Green, Ohio, Saturday in a crucial MAC contest. The winner will have control of the MAC East Division with one game left in the season.

Bowling Green (7-3, 5-1 MAC) enters riding a six-game winning streak. The Falcons haven't lost since falling at Virginia Tech, 37-0, on Sept. 22. Bowling Green touts the stingiest defense in the MAC, as the Falcons are allowing just 15.1 points and 285.4 yards per game. Both numbers lead the conference.

Kent State (9-1, 6-0) is carrying a lengthy winning streak of its own. The Golden Flashes have won eight in a row, with their only loss of the season coming on Sept. 8 at Kentucky. While Bowling Green wins with defense, Kent State piles up the victories thanks to its offense. The Golden Flashes average 402.4 yards per game, and their scoring average of 35.4 points per contest is tied for second in the MAC.

Both teams have one game remaining on their schedules following this weekend's tussle. Bowling Green hosts Buffalo (3-7, 2-4) Friday, Nov. 23, and Kent State hosts Ohio (8-3, 4-3) the same day.

Kickoff between the Falcons and Golden Flashes is set for Saturday at noon ET. The game will be aired on ESPN3.
