Cavaliers Schedule 2012: Cavs Look To Build On Back-To-Back Road Wins With Two Home Games

The Cleveland Cavaliers head home on Sunday after two great road victories against the Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder as Kyrie Irving continues his stellar rookie campaign. The Cavs will face off with the Houston Rockets Sunday evening and have another winnable home game against the Toronto Raptors Tuesday night.

Cleveland will be Houston's fourth stop amid a five-game road trip. The Rockets are looking to cling to their current position as the West's eighth seed.

Toronto has been up and down recently, going just 4-6 over their last 10 games.

The Cavs defeated the Thunder 96-90 Friday night in Oklahoma City and will undoubtedly carry some serious confidence into these upcoming match-ups. Two wins will certainly go a long way as the Cavs are only a few games back from sneaking into the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.
