NCAA Tournament 2012, Ohio State Vs. Cincinnati Score Update: Buckeyes Up 12 At Half Behind Deshaun Thomas' 20 Points

The Ohio State Buckeyes are one of two remaining representatives from the Big Ten in the NCAA Tournament after Michigan State and Wisconsin went down in the early Sweet 16 games and they appear poised to advance to the Elite Eight. At the half, they lead No. 6 Cincinnati by 12, 37-25.

The Buckeyes have been sharp since falling behind early 5-0, responding with a 13-2 run and taking over the half. Ohio State's run was also right around the time when Deshaun Thomas started to dominate the Bearcats, scoring five straight points on his way to a game-high 20.

We have video of all of Thomas' 20 points here:

Jared Sullinger added 10 points and nine rebounds.

The winner of this game will play No. 1 Syracuse in the East regional final on Saturday.
