Everyone is aware that college football coaching staffs and recruiting coordinators go to great lengths to impress high school kids, making a wide variety of pitches. Athletic Departments with elite football programs set aside significant portions of their budgets for recruiting purposes, and that includes Ohio State. Urban Meyer and his staff hit the ground running this past winter, and they continue to build up their first full class for 2013. One of the prize recruits for the Buckeyes' next class is Eli Woodard, the four-star cornerback from New Jersey who committed to OSU this February. And as he tweeted late last night, OSU is spending their recruiting dollars on creative materials to keep Woodard in the fold.
