Browns Schedule Will Be Announced Tuesday Night On NFL Network

The schedule release has become an unofficial holiday of the NFL offseason, joining the draft as as a highlight of the non-stop NFL control of sports fans' lives. There have been plenty of rumors and leaks of supposed schedules, but the NFL has debunked all prior iterations as false and fake. Now, we have word from the league that the official schedule will be released during a special on Tuesday night on NFL Network.

As was the case last offseason, it will be announced on NFL Network at 7:00 p.m. ET. No matter the time and place, the Browns 2012 schedule won't be easy. They're slated to play third-hardest schedule, and toughest among teams who did not make the 2011 playoffs. Along with the home-and-home series with AFC North teams, the Browns will face the Redskins, Eagles, Chiefs, Chargers, and Bills at home. On the road, they will face the Cowboys, Giants, Broncos, Raiders, and Colts.
