The Cleveland Indians have one of the best media relations and communications departments in Major League Baseball. Bob DiBiasio, Senior VP of Public Affairs, and Bart Swain, Director of Baseball Information, are the faces often out front representing the franchise in the media and they typically take a likable and jocular approach with the press. Swain has recently taken to Twitter to take jabs at Troy Tulowitzki, mocking the Rockies' All-Star shortstop after the dust-up this past spring with Tribe starter Ubaldo Jimenez. Tulowitzki is typically a solid defender, a past Gold Glove winner who rarely commits an error. But Tulo has already equaled his error total from 2011, with six errors in the first 11 games. And Swain has taken particular delight in the struggle, firing this shot:
Tulo 6 errors. Blame Ubaldo.

That came on the back of this dig earlier in the week:
Now Tulo can't throw to first base, looks like the yips. Blame Ubaldo

Swain's been with the club for two decades now, working with the current Rockies GM Dan O'Dowd. It's pretty hilarious to see him throwing high heat and cracking on other team's players. In addition to mocking Tulowitzki, Swain also reports that the Kansas City tap water "tastes like ass."
