The Ohio State Buckeyes just landed their tenth commitment for the 2013 recruiting class, and it's a big one: quarterback J.T. Barrett, as reported by Albert Breer on Twitter:
Aaannnndd ... Urban Meyer gets a commitment from the top dual-threat quarterback in Texas. Welcome aboard, JT Barrett.

As noted, Barrett is one of the top quarterback prospects in the nation. He's 6-foot-2, 205-pounds and will join Meyer, who loves him some quarterbacks. Scout.com had some quotes from Barrett in their news piece, in which Barrett says he believes he can throw the football from the pocket as well as any, while still being mobile. He also goes on to say that he's working on his accuracy more than anything else.
Barrett is out of Rider High School in Wichita Falls, Texas and picked the Buckeyes over schools like Baylor, LSU, Ole Miss and others. He fits Meyer's offense very well and will likely take over for Braxton Miller once he departs for the NFL.
