The Cleveland Cavaliers will be entering the final weekend of the 2012 season with two difficult opponents in the form of the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs. With the Cavs already looking ahead to the draft and both the Knicks and Spurs firmly locked into the playoffs, the only motivation Cleveland will have in these games is to try and snap a three-game losing skid.
On Friday night, the Knicks will be coming to Quicken Loans Arena fresh off a 104-95 win over the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday night. New York has beaten the Cavs in two of the three meetings between the two teams this season.
The game will start at 7:30 and can be seen Fox Sports-Ohio and heard on WTAM 1100.
On Sunday, the Cavs will be traveling to San Antonio to take on the Western Conference leading Spurs. This is the second meeting of the season between these two teams, with San Antonio winning the first game by a score of 125-90. As of Friday, the Spurs are currently on a five-game winning streak.
The game will start at 7:00 and can be seen Fox Sports-Ohio and heard on WTAM 1100.
