Cavaliers Vs. Wizards: Kyrie Irving Will Start, Despite Illness

Kyrie Irving will start Wednesday night for the Cleveland Cavaliers (21-43) in their final home game of the season, despite missing the morning shoot around due to gastroenteritis, according to Jason Lloyd of The Akron Beacon Journal.

Cavaliers coach Byron Scott did not expect Irving to play, but said he wanted to play for the fans. The Cavaliers will take on the streaking Washington Wizards (18-46), who are winners of four consecutive games.
