The Cleveland Browns will most likely stay put with the fourth overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft and make their selection, according to Browns GM Tom Heckert. Via Tom Withers of the Associated Press:

Heckert, however, did say the Browns have fielded calls from a few teams interested in moving up. Cleveland is expected to take either Trent Richardson, Justin Blackmon or Morris Claiborne with the pick.
The Browns have a league-high 13 picks in this draft, but don't expect Heckert to use all of them.
Heckert said it's unlikely team will use all 13 picks _ a league high. The extra selections give #Browns options to move around.
