The Cleveland Browns have traded the No. 4 overall pick along with their fourth, fifth and seventh round picks in the 2012 NFL Draft to Minnesota Vikings in exchange for the No. 3 overall pick, according to Jay Glazer FOX Sports. Via Glazer:
I'm hearing we have our first trade; Cleveland moving up from #4 to #3 w Minnesota. Giving up 3 picks to move into the 3rd spot

The other three picks are the 118th pick (fourth round), 139th pick (fifth round), 211th pick (seventh round). The Browns were reportedly afraid of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers trading up to take their guy. Via Peter King of Sports Illustrated:
Hang on. Not positive it's Richardson. One team in top 10 just told me, "It might be Blackmon.'' So hang on.
