Cleveland native Jason Dufner continued to struggle at the Players Championship on Sunday, shooting a three over par 75 to finish +7 for the weekend and in 68th place. He was just two strokes short of tying for last place of the golfers that made the cut to the weekend.
Matt Kuchar took home a $1.71 million prize by finishing 13 under for the weekend, beating a four way tie for second place by Martin Laird, Rickie Fowler, Ben Curtis, and Zach Joihnson. Kuchar shot a two-under 70 on Sunday, holding off a late charge by Laird. the 70 was Kuchar's worst round of the weekend, but it was more than enough for him to hold on to his lead.
