Preakness Stakes Post Time 2012: Bodemeister Remains The Favorite

NBC's coverage of the 137th Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, Maryland will begin at 4:00 p.m. ET with over two hours of coverage before the field of horses take their posts at or around 6:17 p.m. ET.

The post positions and their up-to-date odds are as follows:

Tiger Walk 14-1
Teeth of the Dog 13-1
Pretension 30-1
Zetterholm 20-1
Creative Cause 9/2
Went The Day Well 6-1
Bodemeister 2-1
Daddy Nose Best 10-1
I'll Have Another 3-1
Optimizer 22-1
Cozzetti 30-1

Bodemeister remains the favorite to win the race with 2-1 odds, but I'll Have Another, the Kentucky Derby winner, is a close second with 3-1 odds to continue his run at a Triple Crown.

The big story behind Tiger Walk is that his initial jockey Kent Desormeaux has been replaced by Ramon Dominguez because Desormeaux failed a breathalyzer test.
