The Ohio St. Buckeyes finished the year by getting swept at Indiana, but they were able to snag the final berth as the No. 6 seed thanks to tiebreakers over Illinois and Minnesota. The tournament gets underway at 12:05pm on Wednesday when No. 4 seed Nebraska (33-21, 14-10) plays No. 5 seed Michigan State (35-19, 13-11). Purdue (41-12, 17-7) earned the No. 1 seed and will play the lowest seed of Wednesday's winners on Thursday. Indiana (30-26, 16-8) drew the other bye as the No. 2 seed.
