After an exciting first day of the 2012 Big Ten baseball tournament, there will be plenty of more acton on Thursday when the schools go back at it. Ohio State and Michigan State, both the lower-seeded teams escaped with victories to advance in the tournament.
Ohio State scored nine runs in the final two innings to come back from a 5-3 deficit to knock off Penn State on Wednesday. Ohio State just barely made it into the tournament as the No. 6 seed for the second consecutive season. They will now take on top-seeded Purdue on Thursday in the night cap game at 7:05 p.m.
Michigan State barely escaped a ninth inning meltdown to beat Nebraska on Wednesday and will not play Indiana on Thursday at 3:35 p.m. ET.

Game 3 - 12:05 p.m. No. 4 Nebraska vs. No. 3 Penn State
Game 4 - 3:35 p.m. No. 5 Michigan State vs. No. 2 Indiana
Game 5 - 7:05 p.m. No. 6 Ohio State vs. No. 1 Purdue
