The 2012 Kentucky Derby will be run this weekend and now that the post positions have been set for the field, the clear favorite is Bodemeister to win at 4-1 odds with Union Rags a close second choice at 9-2 odds, Gemologist is third at 6-1 odds and Dullahan rounds out the top four at 8-1 odds.

7. ROUSING SERMON; Jose Lezcano; Jerry Hollendorfer; Has won two of nine starts. Has not won a race this season but finished third in the Louisiana Derby. Hollendorfer was inducted into the Hall of Fame last year after a career in which he has saddled more than 6000 winners.
The race is set for Saturday at 5 ET, although there is a bevy of TV coverage before and after the actual race.
