2012 U.S. Open Odds: Cleveland Native Jason Dufner 28/1 Early Odds To Win Open

On Thursday morning, the 112th United States Open will begin play at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, California. Fresh off a win at the Memorial Championship, Tiger Woods is predicted as an early favorite to build off of his success and win the U.S. Open. Ohio area golfers such as Jim Herman (500/1), Joe Ogilvie (600/1) and Dennis Miller (1000/1), however, do not have the confidence of the early oddsmakers.

Cleveland native, Jason Dufner on the other hand was predicted at 28/1 odds, which gives him the seventh best odds of any other hopeful.

Here are the early odds to win the 2012 U.S. Open:

Tiger Woods 7/1

Lee Westwood 12/1

Rory McIlroy 14/1

Luke Donald 14/1
