College World Series 2012 Schedule: Kent State To Play Arkansas Saturday

Thanks to a walk-off single from Jim Rider against the Oregon Ducks on Monday night, the Kent State Golden Flashes are headed to the College World Series. Kent State's first game will take place on Saturday, June 16 at 5 p.m. ET against the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Golden Flashes are not flying home; they are headed to Omaha by way of Denver, via Zac Jackson of Fox Sports Ohio.

Game 1 of the CWS will feature UCLA and Stony Brook, with the first pitch scheduled for 5 p.m. ET on Friday, June 15. That will be followed by Arizona vs. Florida State at 9 p.m. ET.

After the Golden Flashes meet the Razorbacks, South Carolina will face Florida at 9 p.m. ET on Saturday night. Friday's games will air on ESPN2, while Saturday's can be seen on ESPN.
