The two biggest names for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the past few weeks when it's come to the fourth overall pick in NBA mock drafts have been Harrison Barnes and Bradley Beal. Beal in particular has been a favorite pick because of the Cavs' lack of solid backcourt options outside of their rookie of the year, Kyrie Irving.
In that regard, it's no surprise that in Yahoo!'s latest 2012 NBA Mock Draft, they give the Cavs the Florida SG for that very reasoning:
Sporting virtually nothing in their backcourt going into next season outside of Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving, the Cavs need immediate help at the shooting guard position. Beal has the perfect skill set and demeanor to complement Irving, which should make him an extremely attractive pick. Harrison Barnes will likely also get a long look here, even if he's reportedly not quite as close with Kyrie Irving as some have made them out to be.
Both Barnes and Harrison have been confirmed to have a workout scheduled with the Cavaliers, so those two names will probably remain the favorites for the foreseeable future. We can expect juggling of the two names depending on what the Cavaliers look like they're leaning toward at the time right up until they either make their selection crystal clear or draft day happens.
