Kent State Vs. Florida, 2012 CWS: Golden Flashes Face Must Win Game

It's a tough go for a Cinderella story in the College World Series, and if the Kent State Golden Flashes want to continue theirs, they're going to need to beat the best. They'll face the Florida Gators in a must win game after losing 8-1 to the Arkansas Razorbacks in their first game. The Gators were the best team in the nation this season but were upset by the defending champion South Carolina Gamecocks and found themselves in the loser's bracket.

Whichever team loses in the Monday match-up will have their season end, which would be incredibly bittersweet for a Florida team that had absolutely destroyed opponents in the regular season.

Ryan Bores (9-3, 3.35 ERA) will get the start for the Flashes and face off against tough Florida starter Hudson Randall (9-2, 2.61ERA). Randall, picked in the seventh round of this year's draft by the Detroit Tigers, has been fantastic all time in NCAA Tournament starts with a 5-1 record all time for the Gators.

The game will be at TD Ameritrade Park at 5 p.m. ET. It will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
