NBA Draft 2012: Cavaliers To Take Harrison Barnes, According To SI.com Mock

The Cleveland Cavaliers will take former North Carolina Tar Heel Harrison Barnes No. 4 overall in the upcoming NBA Draft, according to a recent SI.com mock.

The mock draft, written up by Sam Amick, has Kentucky's Anthony Davis going No. 1, followed by Bradley Beal (Florida) and Thomas Robinson (Kansas) at Nos. 2 and 3.

Amick writes:

The Cavs are still a moving target when it comes to assessing their pick, and the contingent that believes Beal would be taken over Barnes has grown. I'm sticking to what I was told early in the process: They're in love with Barnes. But as I said at the start, things can always change and the buzz around Beal has been extremely loud lately. Barnes worked out against Beal on Saturday, and sources confirmed reports that Beal was the perceived winner. But even if Beal were still available in this scenario, this isn't about a glorified one-on-one scrimmage between players who play different positions.

The SI.com mock looks much the same as the most recent mock from DraftExpress.com -- save, of course, that DraftExpress has the Cavs taking Kentucky's Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at No.4, and Barnes dropping to No. 5.
