On Thursday night, we'll finally find out which impact rookie the Cleveland Cavaliers will put next to Kyrie Irving next season. Cleveland has been linked to shooting guard Bradley Beal, with rumors even suggesting that the Cavs might package their No. 4 and No. 24 picks in exchange for No. 2 and the guaranteed chance to select him.
Recently, though, we've heard less of that. The Cavaliers have been most strongly linked to small forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist in the days directly leading up to the draft. He famously was high school teammates with Irving.
Small forward Harrison Barnes and power forward Thomas Robinson have also been mentioned as possibilities at the No. 4 spot.
The draft will begin on Thursday, June 28, at 7 p.m. ET and will air on ESPN. Complete draft television coverage will begin at 5:30 p.m. ET on NBA TV.
