After dropping out of the at times ridiculous trade proposal from the Brooklyn Nets that would have landed Kris Humphries in Cleveland and Dwight Howard in Brooklyn -- a trade that involved as many as four teams and 14 different players at its peak -- the Cavaliers may be back on the move in the free agent and trade market sooner than expected.
The News-Herald put out an article regarding the failed trade on Wednesday, but snuck a little tid-bit into the end that could hint at some more moves:
With major salary-cap space, the Cavs could include themselves in another such deal. A league source said he expects the Cavs to make some player movement in the next week or so.
The Cavs have plenty of cap space as the article says and there are still plenty of teams probably looking to either make a big move or add a third team into a trade to facilitate a big move. It's doubtful that we've seen the last of the Cavs in the trade market.
