Ohio State Recruiting: 3-Star Athlete Taivon Jacobs Commits To Buckeyes

The Ohio St. Buckeyes are rolling right along with their 2013 recruiting class. Sure, the university has had some troubles and suffered some NCAA sanctions because of them, but Urban Meyer has been attracting some top players with, quite frankly, his pedigree as a head coach. Now, according to Land-Grant Holy Land, there's another recruit to add to the list.

Taivon Jacobs, a 3-star athlete from the state of Maryland, has committed to Ohio State. He chose the Buckeyes over schools like West Virginia and his home state University of Maryland. He's a very athletic player, who can do a lot of things on offense at a lot of different positions, which is what Meyer thrives on. He likes to get players moving around a lot and have them make things happen with natural talent.

Jacobs is definitely that kind of player, so this seems to be a good get for Meyer. He's the 15th commitment for the 2013 class, which is turning out to be one of the stronger classes in college football at this point.
