SB Nation Preseason All-Americans: Jake Stoneburner Among Top Receivers

In the latest installment of the SB Nation Preseason All-American Team lineup, Jason Kirk covers the pass-catchers and defensive backs that were voted on by a variety of SB Nation college football blogs this summer. Ohio State tight end Jake Stoneburner doesn't quite make the starting lineup, but the senior Buckeye does receive an honorable mention.

SB Nation's All-American receiving corps features USC's Robert Woods, Washington State's Marquess Wilson and Clemson's Sammy Watkins, all understandable choices after putting up huge numbers in 2011. Other than Stoneburner, Notre Dame's Tyler Eifert, West Virginia's Tavon Austin, Oklahoma's Kenny Stills and USC's Marqise Lee received HM's.

Stoneburner hasn't put up big numbers with the Buckeyes, but he has a strong reputation, especially as a red zone threat. Last season as a junior, he caught 14 passes for 193 yards and seven touchdowns. As a sophomore, he caught 21 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns.
