D'Qwell Jackson Injury Update: Browns Defensive Leader Returns To Practice

D'Qwell Jackson of the Cleveland Browns returned to practice on Sunday according to a Cleveland.com report. The linebacker had missed the Browns last two preseason games with shoulder injury.

The injury kept Jackson sidelined more for precautionary reasons and wasn't considered to be serious:

"I take care of my body better than I ever have," he said. "It's better to sit out now if something comes up, because it's early. When we get rolling, I'm full steam ahead."

The 28-year-old was just happy to get back on the field and make it through practice unscathed:

"My biggest concern was that I did my conditioning outside of practice," he said. "It's different when you actually put on the helmet and actually go through the tackle and get your read. So that was good. I held up."
