The Barclays 2012: Jason Day Finishes With Impressive Final Round

Jason Day was one of the first players to finish the fourth and final round of The Barclays, and the Australian did so by shooting an impressive 5-under.

The 24-year-old shot 1-under par in both the first and second rounds of play, but struggled on Saturday by shooting a 6-over. Day, who resides in Dublin, Ohio, finished the event at Bethpage State Park with a 1-under overall.

Coming into Sunday, Sergio Garcia led the field in Farmingdale, New York, at 10-under. He is set to tee off at 1:40 p.m. ET. Chasing Garcia is American Nick Watley, who has been near the very top of the leaderboard from the opening round. Watley sits at 8-under coming into the final day.

At 7-under par, Kevin Stradler is also in the hunt, along with Brandt Snedeker and Bob Estes, who are each at 6-under.
