The first round of the 2012 U.S. Open gets under way Monday at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York, and the official U.S. Open website is allowing tennis fans everywhere to watch more than 200 matches live on their computers.
"U.S. Open Live", the home page for the tournament's live coverage, offers six different live streams, each covering one of the six courts used throughout the U.S. Open. The streams will go live when the tournament kicks off tomorrow at 11:00 am EST.
If you choose to experience the U.S. Open the old fashioned way--through your television set--live TV coverage will begin at 11:00 am EST on the Tennis Channel and at 1:00 pm EST on ESPN 2. Those two networks will cover all the action through the first two rounds. CBS will begin covering the tournament in the third round.
