Selection Sunday 2013: Time, TV schedule, streaming and more

It is Selection Sunday, the biggest day of the start of the best time of year.

Jonathan Daniel

The long national nightmare is over as the NCAA Tournament bracket is finally revealed on Selection Sunday on CBS this evening.

Normally, the bubble teams are the biggest mystery entering Selection Sunday, but this year it might be who is on top. It has been a more than wild rollercoaster ride for the top teams in the nation in college hoops this year, with Kansas, Duke, Indiana, Gonzaga, Louisville and Miami all having legitimate claims to the top line for the four regions.

The NCAA Tournament Selection Committee has been hanging out with numbers, statistics, RPI rankings and geographical issues all week as they assign a home for each of the 68 teams that will partake in March Madness in 2013.

Just like in previous years, CBS will broadcast the revealing of the bracket. Each region will be revealed one at a time during the hour-long broadcast. Immediately afterwards, truTV will take over coverage and provide in-depth analysis of each region and the key matchups within in a show hosted by Ernie Johnson.

Time: 6 p.m. ET

TV coverage: CBS

Live stream: NCAA.com

Hosts: Greg Gumbel, Greg Anthony, Doug Gottlieb, Seth Davis
