Former members of the Cleveland Browns coaching staff not retained after Eric Mangini was fired - and replaced by Pat Shurmur - are beginning to find work elsewhere. Included is former offensive coordinator Brian Daboll who willtake over the same job under Tony Sparano in Miami with the Dolphins.
↵The Dolphins recently announced that their OC, Dan Henning, would not return, and the Dolphins also looked to be courting former Stanford head coach Jim Harbaugh while Sparano was still employed. The mess ended with Harbaugh headed to San Francisco and Sparano receiving a two year contract extension.
↵Daboll was also with Mangini in New York as the Jets' quarterback coach, after spending time with Mangini in New England under Bill Belichick.
