AFC Championship Game: Jets Wake Up On Offense, Cut Steelers Lead To 24-10

The New York Jets now realize they are playing a football game today. After falling behind the Pittsburgh Steelers 24-0 in the AFC Championship Game, the Jets have scored 10 striaght points and now trail the Steelers 24-10.

The latest score, after New York kicked a field goal right before halftime, came on a 45-yard pass from Mark Sanchez to wide receiver Santonio Holmes. It took the Jets just 5 plays to go 90 yards, nearly doubling what the Jets were able to do with 22 plays in the first half(50 yards).

The question now becomes whether or not the Jets defense can stop the Steelers running game that has amassed 135 yards in the first half.
